WOW! OUR THIRD “100 GAMER” IN THREE WEEKS IN U14!
Harry Kimmitt celebrated his milestone game against Beverley Hills on Sunday July 16th. Harry has played with the Mighty Cobras for seven years since tackers, barely missing a game in that time.
He is a courageous defender in our team, a very strong mark and works hard in every contest. Harry is a tenacious and determined player, and sets a great example to others around him.
Congratulations Harry, you should be very proud of your achievements here at the Cobras. Well done!
The U14 clash in Round 10 at Canterbury vs Bulleen Templestowe was a significant one for Matthew Dickinson who played his 100th game for the Cobras.
Matthew is a determined player in defence who makes his opponent work hard for every possession. He gives the team great drive into attack, is a strong mark, and a smart user of the football – always bringing other team members into the game.
This is a wonderful achievement, one earned through dedication at training and preparation for every game – a great example for our younger players at the club.
Congratulations Dicko on 100 wonderful games at the Cobras! Well done.
On Under 14 Round 9 at Rathmines Reserve in Hawthorn, Michael Thomson played his 100th game against Hawthorn Citizens.
Michael is a tireless worker in the ruck each week for the mighty Cobras, often against far taller opponents. He sets a great example to our younger players both for his strong work ethic as well as his impeccable sportsmanship shown each week.
This is a hard earned milestone for Michael and his family to be very proud of – Congratulations Michael!
