Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM): Canterbury Junior Football Club Inc.
The Canterbury Junior Football Club is widely supported by our local community and is focussed on the football and social development of our children from Auskick to Under 14 level and to Colts (U17) through our foundation membership of the Boroondara Hawks.
The Club will be holding its AGM at 11.15am on Sunday 25 February 2018 at the Jean Green Room located at the Canterbury Sports Ground in Guildford Road, Surrey Hills.
Call for Nominations for Election of Officers and Ordinary Members
Nominations of candidates for elections as officers of the Club or as ordinary members of the Committee are now open.
Interested supporters wishing to contribute to the running of our successful Club may nominate as an officer (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary) or as a Committee member.
Nominations may be made by email to the Club Secretary at: secretary@canterburyjfc.com.au indicating that you wish to nominate either as an ordinary member or as an officer (indicating the position). This is required to be delivered before or at the AGM.

The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
- Confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting
- To receive from the Committee reports upon the transactions of the Club during the last preceding financial year
- To elect Officers of the Club and Ordinary members of the Committee; and
- Receive and consider the statement submitted by the Club in accordance with section 94 of the ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION REFORM ACT 2012
